OUR PAYMENT POLICY
Payment for abortion services must be made on the day of your appointment.
Methods of payment accepted:
- Cash/money order
- Personal checks (Picture ID is required from the check writer)
- Visa/Mastercard
- DSHS medical coupons
- HMO/insurance plans (AMS contracts with most HMO/Insurance plans.)
If you plan to use your insurance, call your insurance company for benefit information and your financial responsibility. Some insurance plans require a referral from your doctor or pre-authorization for abortion services. We are only able to bill contracted plans.
When you call to make an appointment, please have your insurance card available. We will call your insurance company ahead of time and calculate the estimated price for your appointment.
